Returns & Refunds Policy – Oxford Reed

We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Please review the full policy below before initiating a return or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

Important: This policy does not apply to Made to Order products (see below).


Made to Order Products

  • Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of being placed

  • After 4 hours, Made to Order items cannot be cancelled

  • Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective and is reported within 30 days of delivery


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team at:

Our team will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please pack your item securely before sending it back.

Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped within 5 business days. Returns sent after this period may be declined.

Please do not send items back without prior approval — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Shipping Protection

Customers who purchase shipping protection are eligible for one replacement or refund per order if the package is lost or damaged in transit.

Please note:

  • Shipping protection fees are non-refundable

  • Coverage applies once per order, per customer

  • Proof of the issue must be submitted before a claim can be processed
