Q: When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within up to 3 business days, and delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location.

For international orders, delivery may take an additional 3–5 business days.

Q: Where does my order ship from?

A: Orders are dispatched from a combination of UK-based and international fulfilment centres, depending on product availability and your delivery location. This allows us to deliver your order as efficiently as possible.


Q: My package hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

A: We’re sorry to hear that. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.

Occasionally, delays can occur due to address issues or carrier disruptions. Our team will work with you to resolve the situation promptly.


Q: What is shipping protection and how does it work?

A: Shipping protection offers added peace of mind for your order. It covers items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.

To submit a claim, simply contact us with your order number, name, and tracking details. We will investigate the issue and do our best to resolve it.

Please note:

  • Shipping protection is non-refundable

  • One claim per order is permitted

  • Claims require verification to ensure legitimacy


Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes — orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet entered processing.

If your order has already been processed, you can still return it. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for further details.


Q: How do I start a return or exchange?

A: To begin a return or exchange, please visit our Contact page.

You may use your own return shipping label, or we can provide one (the label cost will be deducted from your refund).

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.


Q: What is a Green Return?

A: Our Green Return option is designed to be both convenient and environmentally conscious.

In certain cases, you may be allowed to keep the item while receiving a suitable alternative or resolution — no return shipping required. This helps reduce waste and saves you the hassle of sending items back.


Q: What currency will I be charged in?

A: All payments are processed in British Pounds (GBP).
